Delivery
Your first box will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days following payment of your subscription while subsequent boxes will be invoiced and shipped on the 21st, the day of each change of season (4 x per year). When a subscription is activated within 14 days or less of a change of season, renewal will only be done the following season so as not to receive two boxes in an interval of less than 2 weeks.
Delivery is within 1 to 2 business days with Purolator.
IMPORTANT
Our quarterly subscriptions are for a minimum duration of 1 year (4 boxes) and are then automatically renewed from one season to the next. Following this period, you can pause or interrupt your subscription at any time by accessing your account or writing to us by email at info@moodgie.ca.
If you wish to interrupt your commitment before the end of one year (4 boxes), you will be charged penalties.
